Dennis Deguilio Sr., 59, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in R.I. Hospital, Providence.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Gerald C. and Carolyn (Makonis) Deguilio. Dennis resided in Cumberland for more than 20 years, previously residing in Pawtucket.
Dennis enjoyed going to the beach with family. He was an avid New England Patriots fan, and grew up playing and coaching football in Pawtucket and Cumberland. Family was everything to him, he cherished his time spent with his children and friends.
He was a real estate and project manager for Cox Communications for the past 25 years.
He is survived by his three children; Catherine Deguilio of Cumberland and her fiance Matthew Nishan of Worcester, Dennis Deguilio of Cumberland, and Peter Rybka of Cumberland. His brother Gerald C. Deguilio Jr., and his sister Jill Deguilio of Pawtucket and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Dennis' Life Celebration to begin with Visiting Hours on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 3 PM to 6 PM. A Prayer Service will be held at 6 PM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road Cumberland.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
