Dragon, Dennis E.
SELKIRK - Dennis E. Dragon, 84, entered into eternal rest on October 1, 2025 at home.
Born on March 29, 1941, he was the son of the late Thomas and Marion Dragon. He was predeceased by brothers, Michael and Richard.
Dennis was born in Ellenville, raised in Selkirk and was a graduate of Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central High School.
After graduating he proudly served his country in the United States Navy, and retired after 29 years with the Town of Bethlehem.
Dennis enjoyed the Adirondacks, camping, hunting, fishing and taking long rides in the country, but most of all spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jo Mary (Morehouse); sons, Brian (Heather), Brent (Danielle) Dragon. Also grandpa to Devin, Kaitlyn, Jarrett, Gabe and Tyler; and great-grandpa to Rowen.
He is also survived by siblings, Barry, Joseph, Steven and Mary Lou.
Respecting Dennis' wishes, he will be cremated with no services. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Selkirk.
