Dennis Robert Glivinski

Dennis Robert Glivinski, a devoted husband, father, and proud veteran, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on June 10th, 1961, in Albany, Oregon, Dennis grew up in the Pacific Northwest and attended Gresham High School. He dedicated much of his professional life as a skilled journeyman electrician, taking pride in his craftsmanship and hard work.

Dennis honorably served his country in both the United States Marines and Army, completing three tours of duty in Iraq. His commitment to service reflected his deep sense of duty and patriotism.

He is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Goebel Glivinski of Portland, Oregon; his son, Gordon Miller; his nephews, Gage, Boston, Chance, and Levi; his best friend, Miguel; his brother, Troy Builta of Portland, Oregon; and his mother, Kathy, of Lincoln City, Oregon.

Dennis was preceded in death by his siblings, Mark and Rene.

He will be remembered for his strength, kindness, and unwavering love for his family and friends. Dennis's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew him.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to all the nurses and caregivers who provided compassionate care and support during Dennis's illness. Your dedication, kindness, and professionalism brought comfort to him and his loved ones during a difficult time, and we are forever thankful.
