Dennis Wayne "Lebanon" Hamrick

Dennis Wayne Hamrick was born September 28, 1961 in Hillsdale, Michigan to Hiram and Betty Schuette Hamrick. He passed away in his home in Conway, Missouri on Monday, January 5, 2026. He was sixty-four years, three months and eight days at the time of his passing.

Dennis grew up in Michigan and graduated from high school. He had a career in Michigan as a corrections officer and retired in 2019 and moved to Missouri.

He loved Jesus with all his heart and attended James River North Church.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Hiram and Betty; and his siblings, Carol Teresa and Thomas Hamrick.

He is survived by his children, Jeremy Hamrick and his wife Brenda, Jesse Hamrick, and Ashlynn Brittan and her husband Chase; his precious grandchildren, Lena and Ledger Brittan and Collin, Nikiah and Austin Hamrick; his siblings, Jane Stowell, Robert Hamrick, Marcy Hamrick and Hiram Hamrick, Jr.; and other relatives and friends.

Dennis enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, loved to work on vehicles and tinkering with things, He was great at telling stories and loved to make others laugh. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren. They were the light of his life.

As we remember Dennis Wayne Hamrick, we honor a man who touched the lives of many and was devoted to God and his family. His kindness, strength, and unwavering spirit will remain in the hearts of all who loved him.
