Dennis Macaloney passed away on Monday January 1, 2024 at the age of 56 years.
Dennis will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his common-law wife, Joyce; children, JR, Matt (Maria), Brianna (Dominic), Ashley, Micheal (Natalia); grandchildren, Mila & Mateo; his mother, Deanna; and sister, Shari. He is predeceased by his father, Harold Burton.
Dennis was born in Nova Scotia before eventually making his way to Alberta. He was a true workaholic. He devoted many hours as a spray foam journeyman with his company DVS Drywall. Working kept him busy and balanced. Outside of work, he was a 'weekend biker'. He loved motorcycles, horror movies and heavy metal music with his favourite band being Metallica. When he decided something, he committed to it. He was so stubborn that way. Even though he seemed tough, Dennis really was a softie.
A Celebration of Life for Dennis will be held at the Erin Woods Community Association (83 Erin Park Drive SE, Calgary) on Sunday January 21, 2024 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm
