Dennis McGranor Obituary
Born on September 17, 1948, he was the son of the late Harry and Bonnie (Bodenhorn) McGranor.
Denny graduated from the DuBois Area High School, Class of 1966. He served in the Vietnam Era, from 1968 to 1970 with the U.S. Army 101st Airborne Division.
On June 26, 1976, he married Denise Day at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Reynoldsville, together they had 48 wonderful years.
Denny retired after 34 years of being an equipment operator with National Fuel. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Reynoldsville, lifetime member of both the Reynoldsville American Legion and the Reynoldsville Elks. He enjoyed mowing the grass, gardening, dirt track racing, and tinkering with his classic car.
Denny is survived by his loving wife, Denise; a brother, Robert L. McGranor; and two sisters, Virginia L. Shaffer and Christy L. McGranor, all of Reynoldsville.
As per Denny's wishes, there will be no public visitation. Military honors will be accorded by the DuBois Area Honor Guard. Interment will take place in Desire Cemetery, Desire, PA.
