Dennis G. Midnet

Dennis Midnet, 78, of Hurley, NY, passed away Monday, November 22, 2021. He was born April 15, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY son of the late George and Eleanor (Daybrow) Midnet.
He was a graduate of Erasmus Hall High School in Brooklyn. Dennis worked as Head Custodian for Levittown Memorial High School in Levittown, NY for many years. He was President of the CSEA Local #865 School Workers Union. Dennis enjoyed all types of woodworking. He loved to collect and listen to music. In his younger years he was a drummer in many different bands.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patricia Midnet, his children, Brian Midnet and Dawn (Midnet) O'Hara and her husband Thomas, his grandchildren, Catherine Rose Midnet, Patricia Marie Killelea and her husband Kevin, Steven Joseph Midnet, and Thomas James O'Hara, III, as well as his great grandchildren, Charleigh Denise and Camryn Jade Killelea. In addition to his parents, Dennis is predeceased by his daughter, Denise Midnet, and his sister, Carolyn Brown.
