Dennis P. Sherrell, 71, passed away on August 1, 2024 in Hennis Care Center at Bolivar, following a period of declining health.
Born on June 5, 1953 in Dover, he was a son of Willie P. and Iommiesene (Ray) Sherrell.
After high school graduation he spent years in the construction industry. His greatest love was playing bass guitar in many bands in the area.
Dennis is survived by his mother, Iommiesene Sherrell of Dover; brother, Ray (Kim) Sherrell of New Philadelphia; and great niece, Jahzara Sherrell.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Sherrell; and niece, Makaya R. Sherrell.
Cremation care has been entrusted to Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home and Crematory.
