Dennis Wade Obituary
Born November 26, 1947, in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of the late Theodore E. and Betty (Ridge) Wade of Pen Mar, MD.
He was proceeded in death by his wife of 50 years Susan A. (Bentz) Wade; his sisters Cynthia Bennett, Melissa L. Kimps, his half-sister Donna Unger, & cousin Ellen Blake.
He is survived by his three sons Theodore E. Wade and his wife Lisa, William Wade, & Scott Wade & his wife Allison; his three grandchildren Alexander Wade, Lincoln Wade, & Bristol Wade; his companion Mary Fritz; his sisters Debra White, & Joanie Keister; his half-brothers Elmer Price Jr. & Michael Price Sr.
Dennis worked his entire career for Grove Cranes, later Manitowoc Cranes, of Shady Grove, PA. He also served as a combat infantryman & mortar gunner in the US Army with service in Vietnam. He was awarded multiple awards for valor including 2 Bronze Star Medals.
Service will be a military cemetery internment at a later date.
