Derek Nikolovski Obituary

Published by Legacy on Feb. 16, 2022.
Derek Raymond Nikolovski known as "Da Boom" was born on September 17, 1991 to Jean "Nikolovski" Goodman and Mickey Bard. He is the third of ten children. At the early age of six, Derek worked alongside his father who taught him everything he knew about construction and carpentry. Derek was very skillful in that trade. Derek graduated from Breckinridge High School in 2010. He then enrolled in college for business management. Derek also loved cutting hair so he became the family's personal barber.
Derek "Da Boom" had the most contagious smile and heavy hugs that could be felt by all and could fill up any room. He was a respectful and courteous person to all that he encountered.
Derek is preceded in death by his brother, James "Chico" Nikolovski; grandparents, Billy Swan, William and Margaret Bard and uncle, Nathaniel Bard. Derek leaves to cherish his memories, his two sons-shines, Dae'Ron Nikolovski and Dae'sean Nikolovski whom he loved so dearly; parents, Jean Goodman (Purion) and Mickey Bard (Shereta); brothers, Demetrius, Perro (Whittney), Larry, Durion, Purion, Aaron, Purion, Brandon, Tony, Corey and Ronnel; sisters, Jameka, Rosann, Allison, Ashley and Brittany; grandmother, Ann Moffitt and a host of aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
