Derrick Baby Fitts

Derrick Zakee "Baby" Fitts was born on March 7, 1996 to Derrick Fitts and Angel Morris in Paterson, NJ. He was the fourth born of four children. He was educated in Paterson Public School system, where he attended School #6 and Eastside High School. Derrick was very athletic. He was a very dedicated member of the Track and Football teams. He lived and breathed football. He proudly wore the #1 as team captain. He contributed to numerous wins for the Eastside Ghost Team. He extensive athletic abilities brought interest to the eyes of scouts from Rutgers University and many other colleges and universities. Derrick's family remembers him as loving, funny, respectful of others and always fashionable. He was a devoted son, grandson, nephew and friend. He was loved by all who knew him, and will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
