Graveside service will be held at Glennview Memorial Park on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 12:00 pm, visitation from 11:00 to 12:00 pm.
Masks are to be worn and social distancing required at all meetings with family, friends and services.

I was just made aware of your passing. Derrick I am saddened to know you have gone on but you are resting in peace now. The last time we chatted we were talking about taxes. Mr. Slade it has been pleasure knowing you. From our childhood to our frequent encounters as adults. Even though it has been a while, I am sending my thoughts and prayers to your family. Derrick was always a joy to be around.
