Detril Martin

Detril J. Martin passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022, at University Hospital at the age of 45. Mr. Martin was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA. Detril is survived by his wife Consulleo M. Anderson, one son Johnny Anderson Sr., two daughters, Johnika and Johntrell Anderson, 2 granddaughters, Ni'Khia and Ni'Khiree Burfect, and 7 grandsons, Isaac and Imaj Miller, Johnny Jr, Jakia, Jakobie, Johaan, Omega Anderson. Also survived by his father Jerry Gibson (Glenda) two brothers, Jonathan and Jerry Martin, two sisters, Gianda and Genika Gibson-Quinney, a host of other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his mother Doreen Martin-Braddy, two brothers, Terrence and Michael Martin and a brother-in-law, Joseph Quinney. Family and friends are invited to the Celebration of Life Service on Friday, September 16, 2022, for 1:30 p.m. at The Boyd Family Funeral Home, 5001 Chef Menteur Hwy., New Orleans, LA 70126.
