Devan is survived by his mother Amanda Wemmer of Grand Rapids, MI, Sister Telia Phillips of Arizona. Fiance Kaitlin Doss of Enid Ok.
Grandparents Jeff and Sandi Wemmer of Sacramento, Ca. Uncles' Tommy Wemmer of Oklahoma. Christopher and Eric Wemmer of Sacramento, Ca. Aunt's Leah Ballard of Snyder, Ok. Keelan Wemmer of Sacramento Ca. Great uncle Jeff Andrews of Germany. Great Aunt's Susie Pipho, Ava wright and Tammy Hamiker all of Snyder Ok. Many cousins and second cousins.
Devan will be missed by many.
