Doyle Reed Kiser, Jr. (Buddy)
Buddy passed away on July 19, 2023 in Corrales, NM at the age of 67. He is preceded in death by his parents, Doyle and Marie Kiser and son Jared Kiser. He is survived by his son, Jordan Kiser (wife Rhonda), granddaughters Mia and Paisley Kiser of Milford, OH; step daughter Missy Garcia (husband Steve) of Grants, NM; step son Matt Simpson (wife Cheryl) of Lebo, KS; sisters Sandy Kiser of Corrales, NM; and Susan Miller (husband Jim) of Thousand Oaks, CA.
Born in Grants, NM Buddy graduated from Grants High School and later completed a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice at NMSU. One of his proudest accomplishments was completing training as a chaplain. He had many friends and family members and was generous and compassionate to not only friends and family but also to strangers. He had an easy smile and was always thankful for both the good and bad times. He was a follower of Christ.
In lieu of a formal service, a celebration of life will be held in the fall.
