Devin Matthew Tice

Devin Matthew Moine Tice, born on July 29, 1989, in Loveland, CO passed away on February 28, 2026, in a fatal car crash. He was the son of Eric Tice and Steffani (Tice) Brooks.

Devin was a hardworking, caring and compassionate man. He played hard and loved even harder. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends and many more whose lives were touched by him.

He worked as a Foreman for Mile High Striping Inc. Devin was a problem solver and was known for thinking outside the box. He was extremely proud when presented with a situation of not having the proper equipment with him, he persevered with precision and accuracy to complete an entire parking lot striping job using only duct tape.

Devin enjoyed tinkering and learning with his Grandfather and Father. Like them, he was always working on vehicles and projects around the house. After his Grandfather passed, he lived with his Grandmother (Grams) and provided her with loving companionship and helped her maintain the family home.

Devin is survived by his parents, Eric and Steffani, his sister Jennifer Hollans, his brothers Tyler Watson and Tanner Tice and grandmother Janet Tice. He also leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly. Among them are Vicki England, Mark England, Shaun England, Zachary England, Samantha and Jeramie Tice.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, Daniel Tice and uncle, Jeffrey Tice.
