Devon Michael Bailey, born on April 18, 1995 in Huntington Beach, California, to Valerie Bryant and Michael Bailey, passed away at age 23 on August 9, 2018 in Newport Beach, California. Devon is survived by his sisters, Lauren Bailey and Jordan Bailey; grandmothers, Gwenn Jenkins and Beverly Bailey; grandfathers, Ron Jenkins, Gary Bailey, and Vincenzo Donato; aunts, Rachel Bailey and Kristy Parker; and uncle, Bryant Bailey. Friends and family can pay their respects at the funeral service, officiated by Randy Moraitis, on Wednesday, August 22 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at The Crossing, 2115 Newport Blvd, Costa Mesa, California, 92627.
