Age: 29 Monroe Township
Devyn Nicole Baez, 29 of Monroe Township, died April 27, 2022, with her family by her side at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.
Born in Perth Amboy and later moved to Monroe Township where she spent most of her life. She was a registered nurse for approximately 6 years with her most recent employer being Virtua Willingboro Hospital in Willingboro. Devyn loved reading, working out, enjoyed cooking but most of all she loved spending time with her family. A few of her favorites were the color blue, tulips and spending time at the ocean. She was goal oriented, a go getter and recently went back to school to obtain her master's degree.
She is preceded in death by her stepfather, Thomas Raji.
She is survived by her cherished mother, Marisol (Jimenez) Raji, her adored sister, Mikayla Raji, her loving brother, Gabriel Baez, her maternal grandparents who she had a special attachment with Maria "Gladys" and Pedro "Peter" Jimenez. Her dog Luna who will miss her dearly.
We will begin to leave Monday, May 2, 2022, at 8:45 am from the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home 419 Barclay Street Perth Amboy for a Funeral Mass at 10 am at the Good Shepherd Parish at the Most Holy Rosary Church. Burial will be Private.
Visiting is Sunday, May 1, 2022, from 1~5 pm.
