Diallo Marshall Herbert departed this life on September 22, 2025 at 12:25 a.m. at age 53. He was born in Natchez, Mississippi and was a resident of Algiers, Louisiana. Diallo is the son of Sharon Marsaw Herbert and Howard Herbert. Grandson of the late Levi Marsaw III, Claudia Marsaw, Mervin Joseph Herbert and Julia Parker Herbert. Great nephew of Joseph Rowan (Chicago, IL). Nephew of Gregory (Anne) Marsaw (Jacksonville, FL), Marshall (May) Herbert, Joyce Harrison, Pearl Herbert, Janice (Benny) Oliver, and Gail (Larry) Trusclair. Cousin of Felicia (Johnny) Scott (Magnolia, MS), Roosevelt Marsaw (Natchez, MS), Bridgette (Jamar) Dowsey (Clarksburg, MD), Kimberly Marsaw (Baton Rouge, LA), Chioke Bush (Jacksonville, NC), Pierre (Kelly) LaBeaud, Pilar LaBeaud, Parys LaBeaud, Joycelyn (Allen) Leonard, Clarence (Cheryl) Rose, Patricia (Kenneth) Anderson, Warren Hills Jr., Gregory Rose Sr., Joshua (Janessa) Rose Sr.,Randy (Narrisa) Hills, Travis Hills, Tonya Oliver, Edward (Kenya) Sherman, and Roderick (Amina) Herbert. Diallo is a graduate of O. Perry Walker High School (Class of 1990) and he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from USL in 1997. He was employed as the General Manager at Paris Stone. Perry Walker High School Class of 1990; employees of Paris Stone; and pastors, officers and members of Life Center Cathedral and First Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at the First Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church located at 2507 Perdido Street in New Orleans, starting at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Antoine R.
