Diana Lee (Ostermeier) Bundy

Diana Lee (Ostermeier) Bundy, 70, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on March 12, 2018. Diana was born September 28, 1947, in Indianapolis, IN, to Everett Ostermeier and Edith (Buhr) Ostermeier. After completing her education, she later met and married her husband, William Bundy, and they have been happily married for 25 years. She worked for many years in the claims department for Anthem until the time of her retirement. Diana had many joys in life; she loved watching Nascar racing and rooting for her favorite driver Jeff Gordon, but found the most joy in the time she spent with her family and friends. In addition to her husband, Diana is survived by her mother, Edith (Buhr) Ostermeier; sister, Deborah Cooney; three step-children, Greg Bundy, Jason Bundy, and Chera (Ben) Warren; as well as seven step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father; step-grandson, Gavin M. Bundy; and nephew, Matthew Cooney. Funeral services for Diana will be held Friday, March 16, 2018, at 6:00 PM at Hendryx Mortuary, 11636 East Washington St., Indianapolis, IN, 46229. Friends may visit from 3:00 PM until the time of service at the mortuary. Inurnment will follow at a later time in Park Cemetery.
