Diane Ford Bonacci, beloved mother and Nana, passed away on December 25th surrounded by family. She is predeceased by her husband, Russell Bonacci, and great-grandson Benedict Bonacci-Hiatt. Diane is survived by her children David (Janice), Karin, James, and Thomas Bonacci, and Steven Woolnough; grandchildren Toria (Kevin) Frank, Brandon (Kimmy) Bonacci-Hiatt, Marijane (Zac) Spencer, Gabriella and Anton Blaschek, Aidan Bonacci, Justin, Jillian (Jared Fregoe), Leonna Bonacci, Patrick, Matthew and Wes Woolnough; and great-grandchildren Shepard and Montgomery Frank, and Emery and Nolan Woolnough; siblings Merritt, Marlene, MaryEllen (Mary Cook) Ford and Pat (Rick) Rebar; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Diane could most often be found in her sewing room. She was creative, and was always running a crafty business. Most recently, she made and sold tarot bags and accessories at Mystic Treatures. Before that, she made countless bingo bags, which she sold to people all over the country. Throughout her life, Diane also drove for Medical Motors and ARC of Monroe.
Diane was an honest friend, had a great sense of humor, and never hesitated to help someone in need. She loved long walks down the aisle at WalMart and BJs, coconut cake, and her garden. She loved her rescue animals, and Diane especially loved her family.
Calling hours are Saturday, January 4th, 1-3pm at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Road, Rochester NY 14612. Diane loved flowers, but would have loved donations to a local animal rescue in her memory.
