Diane L. Braga

Diane L. (Munroe) Braga, lovingly known as "Dee", 76, of East Falmouth, MA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Born November 28, 1949, in Acushnet, MA to the late Arthur and Rolande (Surprenant) Munroe.

After graduating from high school, Dee went on to become a Type Setter for magazines.

Dee was a woman of deep faith and devoted member of Christ the King Parish. She was a lifelong Patriots fan, loved animals, and was an avid bird watcher. In her youth she loved waterskiing and spending time on the boat with her husband, Walter. She was a very generous person and donated to many charities that she believed in.

Most importantly, Dee was a devoted wife, mother, and friend. She was always there to lend a helping hand to whoever was in need. Her door was always open, whether you were related by blood or not, you were her family. Dee always said, "your guardian angel is watching over you", now you're the guardian angel watching over us!! Love you!

Dee is survived by her husband of 57 wonderful years, Walter S. Braga. Her children, Keith Braga, and his wife, Sue, and Karla Godfrey and her husband, Paul; her grandchildren, Kaycee Godfrey, Kameron Godfrey, Thomas Biagiotti, Anthony Biagiotti, and Matthew Biagiotti; her great-grandchild, Violet Biagiotti; and her brother, Richard Munroe and his wife Pauline and the late Robert Munroe and his wife Carol as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 11:00AM at Christ the King Church, 5 Job's Fishing Road, Mashpee. Burial will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery, 167 East Falmouth Hwy. East Falmouth.
