Diane Marie Decker, 62, of Sister Lakes, passed away on January 29, 2023 at Corewell Health South, St. Joseph after a long battle with cancer.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held in the spring to remember Diane. Memorial contributions may be made to Bridgman American Legion, Post 331, PO Box 67, Bridgman, MI 49106. Online condolences accepted at www.PikeFH.com.
Diane was born on July 6, 1960 in Cook County, Illinois, the daughter of the late Jerome and Mary (King) Costello. On March 26, 1994 she married Allen Decker and they shared 28 years together in Sister Lakes. Diane graduated from Bridgman High School and Twin City Beauty College. She was an Assistant Class Aid at Sister Lakes School and also worked in home health care at Country Manor, Bridgman. Diane was a devoted wife with a big heart. She enjoyed golfing, boating, and traveling.
Survivors include her husband: Allen; their son: Cody Decker; siblings: Jerry (Judi) Costello and Debbie (Richard) Ruff; several nieces and nephews; and good friends: Kathy, Terri, and Nancy.
Diane was also preceded in death by two siblings: Donald Costello and Donna Spellman.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman, MI.

Sending Di's family my condolences and hugs during this difficult time. I feel blessed to have known Diane since high school. I have lots of fun memories to reflect on and remember her by. I am thankful that I recently got to talk to her at a friends wedding and catch up. She will be missed by many.
