Diane Gleisner Obituary
Diane Curry Gleisner, age 73, of Millcreek Twp., passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025. She was born in Erie on December 13, 1951, the daughter of the late Sherman and Anna Jean Nelson Curry.
She was a 1969 graduate of McDowell H.S. and was employed at Marine Bank, Lakewood Pre-School, and Young Chiropractic Center. Diane enjoyed yoga, dancing and music, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Gerald "Jerry" Gleisner, one daughter Heather Grubbs (Keith), one grandson Jared Grubbs, and two brothers; David Curry (Char Karlock), and Robert "Bob" Curry (JoAnn).
Private services were held at the convenience of the family by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.

To Jerry and family.. I am so Very sorry to see of Diane's passing. My deepest sympathies to you all. I knew Diane way back in our Marine Bank days working together. She was such a joy to work with and to get to know as a good friend. We lost touch over the years but always remember the good times we had at work and outside of work too. Sending caring thoughts and prayers. RIP Diane.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Diane´s passing. She was not only a wonderful neighbor but also a dear friend whose presence brought so much joy to our lives. I will always cherish the times we spent together, especially our summers by the fire, roasting marshmallows and smores. My heart goes out to Jerry, Heather, Keith, and Jared and her family and friends during this difficult time. Diane´s warmth and kindness will be deeply missed, and her memory will forever remain.

Jerry and Heather our hearts are broken hearing of Diane's passing. There was never a greater love story than yours. She was just the most beautiful soul that had a smile and quick wit for everyone she met. From highschool and our Heather babysitting you Heather we have so many great memories. She was always the giver. It was so beautiful watching you two take care of her. She was a blessing to the world and an Angel in Heaven. Dear Jerry, and Heather,
Please know how deeply sorry we are on the loss of Diane. Over all the years we´ve known her she was never without a kind word, and big smile.
She was so much fun to be around, especially with activities involving Heather, and Lindsay! Her comments were typical loving Mom, always making all of us in the vicinity laugh. Prom pics taken at your house esp. fun, and so many other times.
Please know although her body is gone, her love, spirit and heart are still with you. Cherish those memories as they will help on this journey, and know you are not alone.

I am so very sorry for your loss. What a kind, lovely lady Diane was and what a beautiful angel she is now!
I believe she knew the words to every song that had ever been played on American Bandstand and would always smile when she recognized the beginning of a song.
