Diane E. (nee Klosterman) Zuleger, 82, of Fond du Lac, died on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Liberty House of Fond du Lac. She was born on February 12, 1943, in Shawano, the daughter of Herman and Dora (Kroening) Klosterman. On June 8, 1963, she married Vern Zuleger in Bonduel. Diane was a member of Hope Lutheran Church. She enjoyed golfing (accomplished a hole-in-one), cross stitching, flower gardening, reading, and baking. Diane’s greatest love was for her family, especially spending time with and following her grandchildren in their sports.
She is survived by her husband, Vern; two sons, Allan (Julie) Zuleger and Mark (Chris) Zuleger; four grandchildren, Morgan (Mike) Morack, Heather (Drew) Dretske, Lauren (Jack) Bermingham, and Benjamin Zuleger; three great grandsons, Teddy Bermingham, Jordan Dretske, and baby boy on the way; five siblings-in-law, Marilyn Klosterman, Lyle (Jean) Zuleger, Gene (Kathy) Zuleger, Phillip (Regina) Zuleger and Jean Zuleger; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Dora; brother, Eugene (Violet) Klosterman; seven siblings-in-law, Jack Zuleger, Doris (Harold) Shepard, Roger Zuleger, Donald (Judy) Zuleger, Lorraine (Leroy) Catt, Beverly (Gerry) Diemel and LaVern Klosterman.
The visitation will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Hope Lutheran Church, 260 Vincent Street, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Estabrooks Cemetery.
