Diane Palladino

Diane Palladino (nee Valenti), age 70, passed on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Inspira Hospital in Mullica Hill, NJ surrounded by loved ones. Born and raised in Southern NJ, Diane graduated from Deptford High School and went on to earn her Bachelors of Pharmaceutical Sciences from Temple University.

She worked as a Pharmacist for 30+ years at CVS Pharmacy. She was very accomplished, driven and climbed the ladder quickly to become a District Manager.

When she was not working, she loved to spend time with family or sit on the beach with a good book or a Vogue magazine. She coached cheerleading and co-founded one of the first all-star cheerleading programs in South Jersey and led them to many national competitions. She was known to have beautiful plants and gardens in her house that she personally tended to. You could also find her at a gym lifting weights, teaching an aerobics class, or taking a class herself.

Diane is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Palladino) Ciociola and husband Matthew Ciociola; her grandchildren, Lauren, Paige, Taylor, and Marciano; and two great grandchildren. Also, by her sister Teri (Valenti) Nocentino, and nephew Michael Nocentino.

Predeceased by her son Paul Palladino, and her parents, Lawrence and Dolores (Graham) Valenti.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Visitation on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 6:00 - 8:00pm, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ 08051. Mass will be held Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 11:00am, at Catholic Community Of The Holy Spirit At Holy Name of Jesus Parish Center, 17 Earlington Ave, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062.
