Thomas R. Spittle

Thomas R. Spittle, 71, of Woodbury Heights, passed away on March 13, 2026. Tom was born in Washington, DC; he resided in Cinnaminson and Mullica Hill in his youth and spent his adult years living in many places around the country before moving to Woodbury Heights in 1992. He was an electrician and jack of all trades. Tom was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. Tom was a source of advice, support, light, and laughter for many. He was a handyman who loved helping people, woodworking, Facebook, and spending time with his grandchildren and family. Tom was an avid gym-goer where he made meaningful friendships.

Tom is survived by his wife of 49 years Rose Ann (nee Montoya) Spittle; daughter Janine Spittle (Marco Gonzalez); son Jonathan G. (Amy) Spittle; siblings Charles, Margaret, Carol, Steven, David, Michael, James, Cara, Robert & Nancy; grandchildren Violet, Forest, Finnegan, Sullivan, Emily, Jonathan James, Lucas, & George and daughter-in-law Megan Spittle. He was predeceased by his son Jason. Tom is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as his beloved Aunt Donna.
