I had the absolute pleasure of becoming friends with Diane and Shaina the last few years of her life. I visited Diane at home, the Mass Gen and attended her wake. Both Diane and Shaina had a profound effect on my life. I am honored to become their friends. Diane loved Shaina and Jeramy and her grandchildren so much. I am on my way to becoming a recovery coach in part because of my friendship and time talking with both Diane and Shaina. I am so sorry for your loss Jeremy and Shaina. I lost contact with Shaina but her and Diane are people I considered a Godsend friendship. I will never forget either of them. Shaina I live in South Boston. I am sorry for the way our friendship parted ways. If you ever need a friend in me or someone to talk too. Call me 617 377 5863. You and your family remain in my heart thoughts and prayers. It's Oct 6, 2025..I will have this number until March 2026. Then I hope to travel. If you ever need or want to chat about anything call me. If not I understand. I only want the best for you as did Diane. Again sorry for your loss. I am clean and I want to try and give back as a Recovery coach trying to help addicts get clean and stay clean if that's what they want. You Take care Shaina, I am so sorry my friend. Love Brad.

I wish I had seen this sooner.
To Jeremy and Shaina, I'm very sorry for your loss. She loved you both so much.
I met Diane in Everett, and to this day, she was my favorite neighbor. She had an open door for everyone who knocked on it. There was even a time, she took me in when nobody else would, and I'm grateful for it. We had some good laughs at the house, going to the movies, a trip to Maine in her sons car when neither of us had a valid drivers license (not sure Jeremy knew about that), a Barry Manilow concert, and so many other good/funny memories to list.
I moved away, and lost touch with her over the years, but never forgot her. She was good soul, and I'll always love her.

I knew Diane from Mass Bay Community College. She was beautiful and wicked smart. So many wonderful memories. She gave me acceptance and courage. I never forgot her or her family. Never will. Lynnie
