Diane K. Winebrenner

Diane K. (Ruckman) Winebrenner, 73, of Cumberland, MD went to be with the Lord September 23, 2025, surround by her family at UPMC - Western Maryland.
She was born February 21, 1952, in Cumberland, to the late Gerald and Dortha (Curry) Ruckman. She was also preceded in death by her great-grandson, Quentin.
She graduated from Fort Hill High School and Catherman's Business School. She then began a career at Super Shoes where she worked in accounting. Later she was a frontend monitor at Weis Grocery in Cresaptown, MD where her coworkers became family.
When not at work she enjoyed her time with family and especially loved her time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the First Church of Nazarene in Cumberland.
Surviving is her sister, Karyn George and husband Victor of Hagerstown, MD; father of her children, James Richard "Rick" Winebrenner; her children, Jennifer Dennison and husband Rusty, James Richard "JR" Winebrenner and wife Alisha, and Jaclyn Unroe and husband Ben; grandchildren, Corey Winebrenner, Brittany Brown, Ivy Hedrick, Kayla Unroe, Nathanial "Nate" Winebrenner, Codey Winebrenner, and Kendra Hilton; and her beloved furry children, Mattie and Socks.
In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and a private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
