Diann Kay Hungerford VanDeBogart, 82, of Macedon, NY, passed away, surrounded by her family, on December 3, 2025.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jasper and Edna Hungerford, and brothers, Ward and Stan Hungerford.
She is survived by daughter, Tracy Petsky, and grandchildren, Laura and Lawrence Petsky; daughter, Annelies (Bob) Fee, and grandson, Christian (Maria) Stuewe; her siblings, Joan (John) Schatz and Jim Hungerford; as well as nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Diann graduated from Southside High School. She worked at Florida Power Corporation, Paychex, and Jo-Ann Fabrics. Most recently, she found great joy in working for Penfield School District. A very talented seamstress, Diann loved to sew. Her other interests were gardening and listening to the music of Andrea Bocelli as well as Earth, Wind, and Fire. Also, she was fascinated with Asian culture.
Diann loved her family very much and enjoyed sharing stories of them.
A Celebration of Life will be held this summer.
