Dianne Kay Dingman was born August 31, 1942 in Ionia, MI a daughter of Richard and Esther (Snell) Dingman. On July 13, 1974 she married Bernard Friend. Dianne enjoyed going to the casino, playing cards, golfing, fishing and spending time with her family. Prior to her retirement in 1999, she worked for the United States Post Office for 30 years.
Dianne is survived by her husband, Bernard Friend; children, Tracy Jones, Bernie (Kim) Friend and Amy (Shelly) Friend; grandchildren, Kent, Steven, Keith, Alyssa and Macy; great grandchildren, Madison "Maddi", Brooklyn, Maddison, Jaxon, Leonidas, Pheonix and Kaliah; brother, Jerry Dingman and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Keith Nolin; daughter, Elizabeth Friend; grandson, Kyle Nolin; siblings, Bonita Harden and Laverne "Tump" Dingman; her parents, Richard and Esther Dingman.

Enjoyed playing cards with Dianne. She was always happy and fun to be around. Loved hearing about her fishing trips which she organized, and her trips to the casinos, and the fun she had playing cards with her grandchildren. She was a wonderful person.
