Dina Fay Hester

Dina Fay Hester, age 52, of Elizabethtown, KY, returned to her Heavenly Father on March 8, 2025.
Dina was born on July 21, 1972 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Louisville, KY. As a young girl, she was vibrant and full of life. Her parents, Mike and Vicki ensured that she attended church regularly. At the age of 10, she knelt at the altar at Fairdale United Baptist Church, where she prayed for the Lord to save her soul. It was the times that she visited this experience in her memory that she found comfort and strength throughout her journey of life. She was baptized and joined Fairdale United Baptist Church on May 22, 1983 where she remained a member until her passing.
Dina was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, Ben and Elnora Hester, and Gene and Dorothy Robbins. She leaves behind a family that will continue to cherish her memory. She is survived by her loving parents, Mike and Vicki Hester; her daughters, Morgan Williams and Haylee Choate; and her grandchildren, Kyler, Ryker, and Parker Ginn, and Waylon Taylor and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Dina's kindness, and sense of humor left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She will be greatly missed, and her memories will continue to be cherished in the hearts of those who loved her.
A memorial service to honor Dina's life will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 16, 2025 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with private burial at Lone Hill United Baptist Church Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Sunday, March 16, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 5:00 p.m.
