Divina Streeb Obituary

Published by Legacy on Aug. 29, 2025.
On August 27, 2025, God called back one of his most beloved angels, as Divina Limquiaco Streeb peacefully passed away at home at the age of 69.

She was born on July 13, 1956, the daughter of the late Eugene and Julia Limquiaco. She graduated with a degree in nursing from the University of the Visayas in Cebu City, Philippines. On July 3, 1965, she married, sharing 40 wonderful years with her husband John Streeb.

She is survived by her two children, Jeremy and Bethany Streeb whom she loved very much as the most devoted mother. She is the second oldest of 10, also survived by her siblings Mary Hedy, Gilbert, Ellen, Ethel, Teresita, Cynthia, Judy, Sylvia, and Raymund.

Debbie is remembered most by her kind, generous spirit. She was always thinking of others, whether it was dropping off her garden-grown vegetables to her friends, or cooking Filipino food for just about everyone she met. She never met a soul who did not take to her. Her infectious smile pulled you in and her kindness kept you around. She spent many years working as a pharmacy technician for Giant Food Stores in Gettysburg, PA - loving her customers and especially her co-workers. In her time off she spent numerous hours with her green thumb in the garden, spending time with her family, and going to church.

Debbie was an amazing soul who touched many lives with her sense of humor, her smile, and her genuine kindness and generosity for which she never asked for anything in return. While we are greatly missing her warm presence, we are grateful she is at peace and has been called home in the presence of God.
