Dixie Lea Rabenold

Dixie Rabenold, 84 years of age, of Florence, KY passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023. Dixie was born in Jackson, Mississippi to the late Fearn Turner and Nina Ashley. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Rabenold; son, Robert Gibbs, III.; and brother, Rusty Turner. Dixie is survived by her loving daughter, Laura Gibbs and her beloved granddaughters, Blakely and Bella; stepsons, Chris Rabenold (Susan) and Gregg Rabenold (Sallee). Dixie was a long-time member of First Baptist Church in Richmond, KY and Florence Methodist Church in Florence, KY. There was nothing Dixie liked better than being in the company of friends and family, but she especially cherished her time with her granddaughters. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 1, 2023, from 12 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at Florence Methodist Church, 8585 Old Toll Road, Florence, KY 41042. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family at Richmond Cemetery, in Richmond, KY. Stith Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
