Dolly Juanita Hebert

Dolly Juanita Hebert, age 76, formerly of Asbury Rd. in Toledo, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2025 at the Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 20, 1948 in Toledo, OH to William and June (Hoy) Dart. Dolly was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and homemaker. She loved music and even though never formally trained, could play the piano by ear. She was also an avid bingo player. She was a longtime member and past president of the VFW Post 2898 Auxiliary. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.
Dolly was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Franklin Carl Hebert Sr. in 2018; daughter, Tammy Smith in 2020; sisters, Bobby and Crystal; and brother, Michael Dart. She is survived by her children, Franklin (Cathy) Hebert, Deanna (Timothy) Wernert, and Candace (Jeffrey) Balla; 13 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 7 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. The funeral service will begin at 8 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Perry Teets presiding. Interment will be at a later date.
