A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at St. John Vianney Church 7575 Bellflower Rd., Mentor. Private family inurnment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Dolores' memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve P.O. BOX 72101 Cleveland, OH 44192.

Sending my thoughts and prayers to all of the Perusek family. I will always remermber special times spent with Delores at the many Perusek family gatherings over the years. It was always a pleasure chatting with her and Bob. Delores' beautiful spirit will live on in her chilren, grand-children, and great-grandchildren. Sending condolences to Ken, Bob, Tom and all of the Perusek family. Delores was a gem.

She was very special and it was always a pleasure seeing her and Bob. Her memory will live on in her children, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. I am sorry for your loss. I offer my deepest condolences to the family of Delores. There was nothing more important to her than you! She was warm, kind and hospitable to all she encountered. If you were a friend of any member of her family, you were a friend of hers. I loved visiting Dolores and will miss her dearly. May she rest in peace!
