Frank Perusek Obituary
Frank was an Ohio State University graduate. He loved to watch the Buckeye football games. Frank was a longtime Veterinarian. He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors especially fishing.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Monday, April 21, 2025 at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Dr., South Bend, IN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at St. Pius X Catholic Church with visitation for one hour prior to the mass. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice in Frank's honor.

From the Michiana Vet Medical Association. Mrs Perusek and Jennifer..this is Pam Mahlie, RVT with the association, which has just recently started meeting quarterly again. I am so sorry I missed the passing of Frank. He was a wonderful man and a good vet and I always enjoyed seeing him at our meetings. A fellow Buckeye to boot, which we discussed proudly. He was so kind and I hope your days are getting easier after his passing! Heaven sounds like an amazing place to be!! Thinking of you all!
