Dolores Ramos

Dolores Ramos 84 of Manchester died Monday February 20, 2023 at Home surrounded by his family. Born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, he resided in Toms River before moving to Manchester in 1970. He retired from Toms River Public Works in 1999. He played with his family on the League Champion Caribe Softball team in Toms River. He enjoyed woodworking, art, painting and he enjoyed making for friends and family rosaries, plaques, Dominoes tables and headboards. He also enjoyed singing Karaoke. He is predeceased by his son Jose Ramos in 1966 and his wife Basilisa Ramos-Oquendo in 2015. Surviving is his children, Julio Ramos, Carmen Camacho, Iris Cintron, Lourdes Maria Ramos, Dolores Wendt and Lisa Lopez, siblings, Fernando Ramos, Gilberto Ramos, Caesar Torres, Edwin Ramos, Andy Lugo, Carmen Velazquez, Maria Ramos& Esther Vega, 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Visitation is Friday 10-12 PM with a 12 pm services at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. Interment to follow at St Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
