She was the oldest Gomez grandchild and looked after her "brood" well. We all looked up to her, accepting her sage advice.
I will miss her but will enjoy our many happy memories together.

Ashley,
I am saddened to be writing you this note of sympathy on the passing of your dear Mom, Dee. I truly valued my interaction with her as her "organizer" and friend even during the last chapter of her life. She tried to live life to the fullest going and doing and interacting with everyone who came into her world. Her world, according to her obituary, was remarkable. She was one of a kind. How proud she was of you and your accomplishments and presence in her life as well as her grandson, Harmon. Thank you for notifying me of her passing.

Your mom was such an amazing person! I admired her positivity, creativity and Crockpot butter beans! I am so lucky to have been neighbors with you so I could know her. I always had such fun at your house in the environment she created. I can see her influence in both of you, in your career choices, your creativity and your whole hearted passion. I appreciated her words of wisdom and unique perspective on life. What a legend! I am thinking of you both, sending all my biggest hugs and reflecting on all those amazing years when we lived synonymously at each others houses having Incredible adventures in our own little creative and imaginative worlds.
