Dolores was born July 31, 1929 in Detroit, where she lived most of her life. She was a graduate of Detroit Central High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mary (née Kouri) Shalhoub and her siblings, Carmen Corey, Florence Maddox, John Shalhoub and Andre "Ray" Shalhoub.
Dolores is survived by a daughter, Julie, four grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, grand and great-grand nephews and nieces.
The family is grateful to Dolores' guardians from St. Paul on the Lake Catholic Parish, Paul and Canice Doherty, for looking out for Dolores these past few years.
A private burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
