On August 3, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family, Dolores “Dolly” Evelyn (nee Schwandtner) Willick passed away peacefully.
Dolly was the beloved wife of the late Melvin Kenneth “Kenny” Snyder and the late George Howard Willick. She was a devoted and loving mother to Dottie Bowser and her husband Gary, Deanna Wood and her husband David, Raymond Snyder and his late wife Stacy, and Vicki Greer and her late husband Charles. She was the proud and cherished grandmother of Carrie Anderson and her husband Doug, Katelyn Ruszala and her husband Bryan, Christopher Wood, Christian Snyder and his wife Deanna, Charlton Greer, and the late Daniel Bowser. Her joy grew even greater with her treasured great-grandchildren: Doug Anderson III, John Anderson, Zoe Ruszala, Emilia Ruszala, Freya Snyder, and Atla Snyder.
Dolly is also survived by her dear sister, Joyce Brewer and her husband George; her sister-in-law, Lydia Gater and her husband Stan; and numerous loving nieces and nephews who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Dolly will be remembered for her gentle heart, generous spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family. She lovingly helped raise her grandchildren and was a devoted caretaker to many loved ones throughout their lives. Her great sense of humor and love for Bingo and bus trips with her sister brought countless smiles and treasured memories. Her kind presence touched many, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
Visiting at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A., 11750 Belair Road (Kingsville) on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 1-2 pm. A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 2 pm. Interment will take place in St. John’s Episcopal Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choice to help those in need.
The family extends their heartfelt appreciation for the love, kindness, and support shown to them during this difficult time.
