Don Good

Mr. Donald Eugene Good, age 86, of York, SC peacefully passed away at his home on Friday, March 6, 2026 surrounded by his loving family.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at Tirzah ARP Church, 6161 Mt. Gallant Road, York, SC 29745. The funeral service will be held the following day, Monday, March 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM, also at Tirzah ARP Church, with Reverend Greg Zolninger, Reverend Andrew Putnam, and Reverend James Gable officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Presbyterian Church in Sharon, SC.

Don was born on July 3, 1939 in Sharon, SC. He was the son of the late John R. Good and Beulah Brown Good, and was the widower of Ann Cameron Good. Don enjoyed racing and was a devoted Dale Earnhardt fan. He was a loving family man and was very proud of each and everyone.

He is survived by his children, Donna Good, Tim Good (Kim), Scott Good (Carrie) and John Good (Lisa); his grandchildren; Matt Wells, Keely Johnson (Allen), Timmy Good (Ashley), Cheryl Good, Haley Roberson (Codey), Cameron Good, Grace Kelly (Tyler), Daniel Good, John Robert Good, Jr., Cameron Dennis (Aubrey) and Austin Dennis, along with his great grandchildren; Hazel Ann Good, Austyn Johnson, Annistyn Johnson, Addilyn Johnson, Rosey Roberson, Liam Kelly, Scottie Ann Kelly, Russell Dennis, and Karsyn Dennis.

In addition to his parents and wife, Don was preceded in death by his siblings George Saye Good, Robert Lee Good, Johnnie Reid Good, Rosey Neely, and Frances Comer.
