The life I lived .............
Don Earl Griffin was born July 26, 1949, to the proud parents William and Willie Mae Griffin of De Kalb, Texas. He later moved to Dallas in 1955 where he attended Lancaster independent school district. Don Earl better known "Duck" loved to fish, cook, and play dominoes with family and friends. Don Earl thought he was the worlds best BBQ man. In 1967 he met Jean Greer who he later had 2 sons with, Don Ray Greer Griffin and Kevin Greer Griffin. Don Earl had 4 grandchildren who he adored very much.
Don Earl was preceded in death by his parents, William and Willie Mae Griffin; brothers, William Jr., JB Griffin, Eddie lee griffin, Celeste Don Griffin. He leaves to cherish his two sons Don Ray and Kevin Greer Griffin. Siblings; Willie Pearl hunt, Dora Griffin, Carrie Robinson (Robert), Larry Griffin, Ruby Griffin, Clennon Griffin, Mary Blount Finley (Gary), Shirley Carter (Howard), Ricky Griffin, Keith Bernard Griffin (Elaine); and aunt, Lucille Adams, all reside in Dallas; cousin, Curtis walker of Stockton, California; and a host of nieces and nephews.
