Don Tsukasa Sato, 50, of Papaikou, formally of Papaaloa, passed away on November 18th at home. Born on January 26, 1975, in Honokaa, he was a Meat Processor for Hawaii Beef Producers LLC in Paauilo, an avid fisherman and a member of the Laupahoehoe Congregational Church. Friends may call on Friday, December 19, at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, Visitation from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. Luncheon to follow at Laupahoehoe Point Big Pavilion casual attire; no flowers. He is survived by his girlfriend of 18 yrs. & fiancé Monica Pacheco of Papaikou. hanai sons Tristen & Treyson Moniz of Hilo, hanai daughters Keisha (Makahi Pai) Moniz of Hilo, Keerstin Moniz of Honomu & Kyree (Shey Lorenzo-Hoover) Moniz of Honokaa. brother, Dale (Nohea) Sato of Laupahoehoe, sister Corilinn Sato of Las Vegas parents in-law Rusty & Mary Ann Pacheco of Paauilo. brothers in-law James (Donna) Pacheco of Papaikou, Mac (Christine) Pacheco of Ahualoa & Jeremy (Sheerah) Pacheco of Paauilo. 7 grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.
