Don Marshall Willoughby, 77 of Calvert City, Kentucky, formerly of Benton, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Don was born in Nicholasville on April 14, 1948, to the late Sherman Willoughby and Elizabeth Clark Willoughby. He worked at General Tire and Pro Car Wash. Don enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling with his wife, Wilma. More than anything, he loved spending time with his family and dog, Pepper. Don was a member of Kirksey Church of Christ.
He is survived by his sons, Brad Willoughby (Christie) of Calvert City, and Todd Willoughby of Benton; daughters, Patricia "Sissy" Roberts of Benton and Amanda Cathy of Murray; sisters, Fronie Willoughby of Benton and Marcella Robinson of Blue Creek, Ohio; five grandchildren, Shanea Pouliot of Reidland, Lilsa Cathy of Murray, Bobby Willoughby of Calvert City, Phillip Roberts of Benton, Lee Hudson of Murray; one great-granddaughter, Oaklyn Pouliot.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Wilma Ross Willoughby; brothers, Larry Willoughby, John Willoughby, Thomas Willoughby and Jimmy Willoughby; sisters, Annie Henderson and Myrtle Willoughby; and his parents.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Collier Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Kirksey.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2026, at Collier Funeral Home, Benton.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
