Donald Wayne Bartlett, age 56, of Dover, died Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at his home. He was born September 22, 1968, in Little Rock to Billy Carroll and Margaret Imogene Heigle Bartlett.
He was a Christian. He enjoyed motorcycles, hunting, fishing and working on cars and racing. He was very close to his nephews and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include a sister and brother-in-law, Melinda and Troy Jeffrey of Newton, Kansas; and two nephews, Sean Jeffrey and Dalton and Rubi Jeffrey, all of Newton, Kansas.
All services are private, and arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
