Donald Hugh Biggers

Donald Hugh Biggers, 66, of Charlotte, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center, with his loving family by his side.

Don was born May 24, 1958 in Concord, North Carolina to the late Hugh Burris Biggers and the late Margaret Hill Biggers. He was also preceded in death by his step-mother Doris Biggers.

Don loved Harley Davidson motorcycles, and displayed it in his daily life. Don loved his work family, and cherished the times that they shared. 

The family will receive friends Tuesday June 25, 2024 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. A service honoring Don's life will be on Wednesday June 26, from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, and will be officiated by Pastor Rich Harrell at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. A graveside service will immediately follow at the St. Martin Lutheran Church Cemetery at 5469 NC-200, Concord, NC.

Survivors include wife, Sherri Biggers; son Christopher Biggers and his wife Anisha; grandsons, Alec and Ian Biggers; sister, Lisa Lippert and her husband, James.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Don's name to the Humane Society of Charlotte, or you can plant a tree in Don's name at a location of your choice.
