Donald Keith Black

Donald Keith Black passed away peacefully at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home on Thursday, December 18, 2025.

Keith was so many things to so many people. Born on July 28, 1970, Keith was a husband, a son, a brother, a father, an uncle, an amazing grandfather and a very good friend. Keith loved the outdoors. He enjoyed camping, fishing, riding ATV's, and spending time with friends and family; especially his grandson, who was the light of his life.

Keith was a hard worker and provider for his family; he had a gift for fixing / building things. He was a tinkerer at heart, always ready to take something apart and make it work again. It's just who he was, resourceful, determined and always willing to help. Keith worked at Spartan Mfg. for over 30 years.

He engineered, designed, and built custom pressure systems that have been purchased internationally and used all over the world, even sovereign governments and militaries use his work. He was the best at what he did, hands down.

Keith was preceded from this world by his father, Donald Black; and has left behind his mother, Dorothy Black; his brother, Greg Black; and his loving wife, Sirena Davis Black. There are many other friends and family that have felt the loss of Keith's departure. Keith's life was full of love, laughter and adventure. He leaves behind memories and emotions that will stay with us forever. Though he is no longer here, his spirit will live on in stories shared and memories cherished. Those who knew Keith will always carry him in our hearts.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2025, from 6:00 ~ 8:00pm at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.

In the end, Keith was never alone, his loving friends and family sat a constant seven-week vigil, ensuring a cherished friend or family member was always present.

Donald Keith Black, you left too early, but we will join you soon.
