Donald S. "Scotty" Blansett, 75, of Greensburg, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Westmoreland Hospital with his Community Living Care family by his side. He was born May 22, 1949, in Greensburg, son of the late Donald M. and Phyllis Walker Blansett. Scotty was a member of the Community Living Care, Inc. family for 35 years. Scotty touched the hearts of many friends and family of CLC, who will forever remember him for his smile and great hugs, his willfulness to stand up for himself and make his own choices, and his kind heart. Scotty's friends describe him as affectionate and fun-loving, loyal, and quite the charmer. Scotty loved beach vacations, Coke, coffee, chocolate bars, and cherry pie. Some of his favorite things were listening to music, dancing, relaxing in front of his fish tank, and wearing sunglasses, of which he had a great collection. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 2025, at BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg.
