Donald E. Braxton was born December 14, 1949 to the late Redwood and Rachel A. Braxton in Newark, New Jersey. He departed this life at the age of 61 on Monday, November 7, 2011. He was educated in Newark, New Jersey at Weequahic High School and later attended Rutgers University. He was employed at Deluxe Checking in Clifton, New Jersey as a Printer and worked as a Laborer at the Division of Sanitation for The City of Newark. He enjoyed the company of family and friends, fishing, and drawing. He was a father, brother and uncle. He leaves to cherish his memory: two children, Kelley Braxton and Donald Jordan Braxton; one brother, Redwood E. Braxton, Jr. (Carol); three sisters, Racheryl Braxton Chance, Gwendolyn Wesley, and the late Jacquelyn Braxton; one brother-in-law, Van Chance; nieces and nephews, Lakisha Bladzinski, Marquese Braxton, Kahyle Braxton, Shakira Chance, Aryn Chance; three great nieces and nephews, Malimah Chance, Marquese L.
